Review : Very good airbrush but not perfect
This is the first Paasche airbrush that I ever owned. The options in this set coupled with the low price was very attractive.
For the most part this airbrush is good but there are a few problems worth mentioning; also seeing that a reviewer had the same problems I had experienced also. Fist thing I noticed that the very thin .25 mm. needle was bent slightly at the tip (which is easy to do because it is so thin). I did not want to run bent it through the fluid nozzle and damage it also so I called Paasche and they immediately sent me a needle with no questions asked.
The second thing was that the .66 mm. fluid nozzle leaks fluid and bubbles back into the cup. To fix this problem you have to tighten it REALLY tight, but you can fix it by putting wax around the threading of the nozzle (I used some surfboard wax that I had). Also the fan air cap that goes with the .66 nozzle shoots a 2″ fan instead of an advertised 3″ fan.
For the low price and the options this set is…
